President's Day at Pepsi

Jackson spent President's day with Mommy at work. It was a rough day for Jackson. Movies, snacks, fun....the pictures say it all.

2 VERY Special Dates.

Valentine's typically falls during the week which means Mommy doesn't have a dinner date on Valentine's Day, a date with Daddy at least. BUT never fear I had two very special dates this year. Abbi and Jackson picked dinner and we spent time making it together. I'm not a cook as all of you know so take and bake pizza worked out for us al!!! These are two of the most special kids in the world. Not that I'm partial or anything.....

Our Little Heartbreaker

Jackson is one handsome young man! He has a line up of girlfriends at school. Girlfriends of course mean that he could not miss his Valentine party at school. He and I loaded up his homemade Valentine's and headed off to school to party with his friends. They had yummy snacks, made heart pictures, and of course exchanged valentines. My little heartbreaker... Watch out girls!

Poor Little Jax

There has been a terrible stomach bug going around NWA. We thought we were in the clear. Thought being the operative word... No such luck... The bug bit Jackson. Look at this heartbreaking little face. :-(

Hangin' with the Haney's

Our schedules are so crazy. Most days we don't know if we are coming or going. Thank goodness Ms. Heather was here to rescue us... Jackson spent the afternoon with Heather,Acelyn, and Kovyn. They played, made a mess, made cookies, and had lots of yummy snacks. Jackson loves his Haney's.

On a sun-sunshiny day!

We love to be outside! We take every opportunity we can to enjoy the sunshine. On an occasion Abbi and Jax do get along. This day they hung out on the deck laughing and yelling at Bruiser. Kids!! Love them!!!!!

An Afternoon with Chuck E.

We ae truly busy a lot of the time. So when we have a chance to do something the kids really want to do we jump at the chance. This time it was Jackson's pick. Of course he choose Chuck E. Cheese. Abbi abliged because she really likes ski-ball. Our Chuck E. Cheese is nuts and I'm sure infested with germs... But off we went armed with hand sanitizer.

Cousins by Mom's Choice

These are all of the adorable kiddos on "Wine-O" Friday. The Moms are sisters by choice therefore making these totally awesome kids "cousins by choice."

An Afternoon with the Haney's

Tuesday's are tricky during January and February. Nonie aka Grandma Joan watches Jackson on Tuesday afternoons except in January and February when her and Grandpa Chet are in Florida. I have been coming home at noon to hang with Jackson and work from home, but last Tuesday I was super busy and couldn't get away. Jackson was able to spend the afternoon with Haney's. Jackson loves Acelyn, Kovyn, and Heather. They made cookies and destroyed Heather's house. I love it when this kids get together... They are so sweet and innocent.

This is what happens when Abbi is in charge

Abbi was "watching" her little brother while we watched a movie. They usually behave and get along and almost always get into something. This time is was hair gel....

Christmas in January

December was a busy month for us we were all over the place. We spent Christmas in Branson and had an awesome time but there was still one more Christmas to be had. We went to Dardanelle to have Christmas with Aunt Carla, Uncle Tom, and Granny. Abbi and Jackson love going to Dardanelle. They get to run wild and of course their favorite cooking with Aunt Carla.
We exchanges gifts with everyone and the kiddos racked up. Jackson got a Razorback football uniform. That was the best gift ever!!! He was so excited and surprised. He hasn't really taken it off since he got it. Abbi loves plastic/rubber bracelets with funny sayings on them. These are got ticket items and very hard to find, but Aunt Carla accomplished her mission. Abbi
got a box full of bracelets and earrings.
We are very blessed to be surrounded by family, mine and Brandon's. I couldn't be more pleased to have my kids grow up with family.

I Love these Faces!!

No matter how often they talk back, throw fits, or fight with each other.... I love them! I love them to the end of the earth and back, to the moon and back, to infinity. Life catches up with us and days pass, but I'll never forget to tell these absolutely perfect kiddos how much I love them!

I am pretty sure for the last two years I said that I was going to be better at blogging. So, I've decided that I am going to look at this from another angle... I am going to be better at blogging for my kids... There, I can't screw up right? Well wish me luck.
